What we do

An open staffroom for the whole country

One moderated place where a question from any district gets a reliable answer.

  • Moderated community forum. Safe, Nepali-first spaces for real questions from teachers, parents and students.
  • Expert Q&A. Subject experts and diaspora academics answer directly — free, in public.
  • Guidance that matters. Exams, scholarships and career paths, explained clearly and kept current.

The problem we're solving

Degrees without direction

Nepal's graduates are three times more likely to be unemployed than those with no formal education — a deep mismatch between study and work. Good guidance is scattered, informal and often wrong. An open staffroom puts reliable answers where everyone can find them.

Our approach

Four steps, then it runs itself

Every project follows the same arc — local from day one, handed over by design.

Seed the community
Launch with active teachers, parents and student groups from pilot districts.
Recruit moderators & experts
Trained moderators plus a bench of subject experts and diaspora academics.
Grow the answer library
Every solved question becomes searchable, reusable public knowledge.
Open district hubs
Local sub-forums tied to real schools and municipal education units.
