Partnership

A trusted local bridge for global partners.

What we do

The bridge between global and local

Vetted projects, clean reporting and an organized diaspora — everything a partner needs to work locally.

  • Match partners to projects. International programs paired with vetted, shovel-ready local work.
  • Grant & reporting infrastructure. Fiscal hosting and open reporting built for small grants.
  • Diaspora chapter network. Organized Nepali communities abroad as a standing partner bench.

The problem we're solving

A partnership gap Nepal must fill

When USAID ceased all Nepal operations on 1 July 2025, 34 projects worth NPR 46.12 billion ended with them. That gap will not be filled top-down. Community-level actors need a trusted bridge to the global partners who remain — that is this program.

Our approach

Four steps, then it runs itself

Every project follows the same arc — local from day one, handed over by design.

Vet local projects
Baselines, budgets and local government sign-off before anything is pitched.
Match the partner
The right project for the right partner — no forced fits.
Run grants & reporting
Fiscal hosting, milestone tracking, quarterly public updates.
Publish results openly
Every partnership ends with public before→after data.

Alignment

Counted toward the goals that matter

Local action, mapped to Nepal's national plans and the world's 2030 agenda.

SDG 17 — Partnerships for the Goals

A revitalized global partnership for sustainable development.
